I can say that 0921APAW & APBW will unlock to 4 cores. A couple of us have done so. I hit 4.1ghz on air with a Pi1M run (not stable) with 4 cors on a MA790FXT-UD5P with F3k bios. Newegg has the 0921-APBW, which is what I own. I just orded another.

Nice deal on the Samsung NC20 but... in just a few weeks you can expect to see very similar ultra-portable super-light netbooks for $400 ($399 for you marketing types ;-) There will be a fire sale of 1st Atom-powered netbooks just before Intel clears out all N230/N270 stock to make room for the new Pineview/Tigerpoint netbook chips. I'm betting that there will be at least one BlackFriday deal which will bring an NC20-like machine down to $400.
