I tried riding a fixie once. Seriously... wth is the point? Can't go uphill, sure as hell don't WANT to go downhill.

I really think the fixie is nothing but a status thing.

This is a great game, but far too short! I beat it on my first sitting not even 9 hours. Can do it much quicker now that I know all the puzzle bits. I have to say I love the combat forget the guns!

A lot of people don't realize that red isn't the only color you should pay attention to. Just about every color, including black (dark, heavily shaded spots) means something in relation to your movement. I've always found the best routes involve the dark shady spots.

Also, the melee combat is more complicated than people realize. There are a lot more moves than I've seen most people use. If you plan your punches and kicks right, you can take out multiple enemies with a fluid string of attacks without firing a bullet. It's teetering on extremely hard to do, but it can be done and it's very satisfying when you do it right. My personal favorite is the wall run behind the guy, turn around at the right moment, and kick them in the face. That spins them around so that you can easily disarm them or just punch them a few more times while they're disoriented. The slide and kick in the groin is pretty good too as it usually only takes one more whack to the head to knock them out.

In case you can't tell, I absolutely love this game.

I may be the only one, but I loved Assassin's Creed. I'm really looking forward to the PC release of Mirror's Edge.

If this is anything like Surf maps in Counter-Strike with better graphics, physics and storyline then i might give it a look. Doubtful about EA's plans with the DRM though.

Man, I specifically avoid games that have jump/running puzzles. I cannot imagine an entire game based around those singular concepts. I think the last game I completed with such puzzles was Super Mario Bros or Metroid?

If they could throw in ~40% of the martial combat system in Oni (Bungie) this would be super fun. Oni was a fantastic game for the times.

I've played the demo quite a few times through, and still haven't decided if I could do it for a whole game. I might just rent it from Blockbuster. Currently playing my way through Lego Star Wars: Complete.
