#27, Depends on the resolution he plays at, if hes playing at 1920x1200 then he will have to upgrade more often. Theres like a 20-40fps difference between a HD4870 and 8800GTX at 1920x1200 in most new games.

Yeah, running 1920x1200, usually with as much AA and AF as I can get.

Not to disrespect the great purchase that the 8800GTX was, but considering what I sold it for on eBay, I'm into the 4870 fairly cheaply.

Is this just now coming to light? I have known the release date for this and CoD:WaW for at least several weeks now, at least that long they have been in my gamefly queue. What other games are release dates not known at this time?
