This seems rather pricey. It's a tough ask when we're seeing laptop stuff at ~$300 these days. But... that said, it'll certainly do the job.

Seems like the Eee line is pushing itself a bit too high. There are still sacrifices made it but not as much benefit, it's no longer a UMPC imo just a compact notebook. I'd rather get a clearance, sale, EOL or whatever regular laptop than this. If size and weight were the prime concerns I'd get an Eee 900 series, or just wait until the 900s get refreshed.

Might just wait until the Isaiah netbooks come out. These books based on this old 945 chipset, cancels out a lot of the benefits of the Atom.

Better buy a real notebook then this .
This EEE has lost a lot of its attributes , weight, price, too bad.
