No matter what happens, Apple doesn't need to win in court(although winning would seal the deal for Apple), Apple just has to use the courts to force Psystar out of business and into bankruptcy. So Apple is in a win win situation no matter what to Me.

The thing that is different this time is that this is a no-name little company with very few assets behind it. They have absolutely nothing to lose in this fight. This is not the type of case Apple normally fights.

Florida is very, very small business friendly. It is possible that Psystar may find a sympathetic judge, which could cause Apple fits.

I disagree that Apple simply has to drive Psystar out of business. Without an injunction to stop selling, which will be unlikely if the case itself is relatively weak, the added publicity only helps Psystar.

Gotta love the anti-establishment gobbledygook Apple loves to foist on consumers. They like people to believe they're all grassroots and groovy....phooey! There's nothing I hate more than corporate suits in hipster garb.
