"I can't say as much for Assassin's Creed, which I had to play at 1440 x 900 on my own machine (which packs a Core 2 Duo, GeForce 8800 GT, and 4GB of RAM) to get smooth frame rates."

that doesn't make much sense to me either. I get 35-40 fps average in assassins creed with all high settings (except AA) with a q6600, 8800gt and 4gb ram at 1680x1050 (vista ofc)

Also, Mirror's Edge looks nice, but id have found it alot more appealing if it was 3rd person.

Did you try XP ??? :P

Ok, just installed Assassin's Creed in my wife's system... It's still butter with 8800GT (stock speed) at 1600 X 1050 (everything maxed out, in driver level 16 AA and 8X AF) CPU running at stock speed (2.4GHZ Quad core) .. Something is wrong with your system.. I am running Vista 64Bit with 2 GB RAM currently.. .

I saw this game quite a while ago, but I heard it was for consoles only so I never looked at it again....but now I read here it's coming to PC as well.

The trailer looked unique and interesting enough for me to buy this game, assuming it doesn't have some stupid copy protection like bioshock.

Odd, AC runs smooth as butter here at 1600*1200 on my E6600@3.0 and 8800GT.

I'm sold.

It's a new twist on an old genre or a new genre altogether. Either way it's original enough that I'm interested.

Might probably be interesting, unless it requires 50 keybinds to work like that.

Awesome trailer... Usually with these kind of platform-like games, I'd prefer seeing it in 3rd person view. But here not so, the 1st person view really adds to the feel of this. But I won't play it with a joypad, that's for sure. Oh, and the chick looks really cool too. :-)

I'm waiting!

I've never heard of this before, but it looks interesting and superbly crafted from that trailer and preview.

That literally looks just like some dreams I have every once in a while...well except for the asian chick. But no, that looks amazing.

looks pretty cool, hopefully the whole game can live up to what's been shown.

What would really elevate it to freaking awesome is if it ships with some kind of level editor, since most SP games have been on the shorty side lately.

I'm really looking forward to it, hope that music makes it into the game. It simply rocks.

Wow, looks nice.

If the controls and multiplayer component work well on the PC, i'll get it.

I am very picky on what games I get, since my gaming time is limited with work and now two little kids.

Nice looking, bright, open spaces work for me.
