Now they just need to make the screen matte, and *VA or IPS. The 20" is worthless as is under anything but ideal lighting and viewing angles.

it's almost like they want to make a gaming-worthy computer of some sort...3.06GHz Core2 Duo and 8800GS? Not too shabby...too bad it's $2200.
Of course, you're paying for the form factor - the Dell XPS One is $2000 with a Core 2 6550 and a Radeon HD 2400 Mobility, and the Gateway AIO has a Core2 1.5GHz with its Radeon HD 2600XT. Both of those have 20" screens instead of 24". So in that respect, the iMac is a good deal. STILL waiting for my $1300 tower Mac. |

Sadly most people posting on any techy website online are not going to be that sort of person. It's a tough call to put down £700 -> £1300 on a computer, especially when you've just bought a 42" Plasma TV for GTA4.
