My preferred theme (Brushed) was never updated for FF2; eventually someone hacked it to work.

I doubt that will repeat for FF3, so I am in no hurry to make a change.

I installed it on my Macbook yesterday. It's a huge improvement from beta 2 in terms of speed and stability and the new interface looks great. It's already better than Camino.

It has problems with Google Docs (Spreadsheet), every now and then there's no way to edit cells, even after restarting Firefox. With the beta 2 there wasn't this problem, amazing. I switched back to Camino meanwhile...

i use opera most of the time ,it's very fast and simple ,not so hungry like the ie or firefox .
BTW I hate to upgrade , because is just eating my memory for nothing,
and i like to the browser only for browsing pages, not all the the junk it has plug in by default ,

Wow the default Windows themes are terrible. Lets hope they're not final. I'm still using the Firefox 1.5 theme on FF2.

++ for the linux and os x themes though. It's good to see the Mac FF go to a native Cocoa widget interface.

I am curious as to why they are trying to mimmick other browsers interface as default. Having spent a little time on both IE7 and Safari (let me stress minimal), I don't like either of those two interfaces, much preferring Firefox. I'd have thought they'd release an IE7 skin in the install package that lets users customize the look upon installation.

IE7's interface is an abortion.

Hopefully there will be a "classic" theme.
The biggest problem with IE7 is the interface, IMHO.

Ugh, the new themes are ugly. I hate the different size forward and backward buttons.

I suppose the move to themes that mimic IE in Windows is to minimise transitioning issues for people new to Firefox, but it still seems odd when one of the strengths of FF (1 and 2) relative to IE is its clean interface, IMHO.
