I think it *MAY* mean something serious to those investors that have a keen siding with non-profit organizations.
It may or may not have an affect on Intel's operations should these sort of investors on their board decide to 'move on' as a result of this. Remember, Intel was just in the news for joining then breaking away from the OLPC project . . .now an infringement law-suit from a non-profit organization . . . . all at the time when non-profit environmental movements and non-profit 'acts of kindness' to more poverty stricken countries are coming to the forefront more and more. Nothing will probably happen that we will know about, but the possibility for something more serious does exist to a greater extent now. |

At the very least, it gives those fanboys that it is not all "bad news" for DAAMIT alone. So it must be a Good Thing?
