Left 4 Dead coming out on November 4
Valve will release Left 4 Dead on November 4, Shacknews reports, almost two years after Turtle Rock Studios first announced the game. Based on the same Source Engine that powers the Half-Life 2 series, Left 4 Dead will feature cooperative multiplayer and a survival horror-style environment filled with zombies.

If this turns out anything like Romero's movies, only the first and third characters from the left survive.
